On November 29, 2025 a website was created to launch eVo. eVo originated from insights coming out of original biomedical research. Prior to launching the website, some hours were spent developing the main structure and obtaining input from relevant stakeholders, who helped shape the project.
One goal of the current website is to determine whether eVo is useful for its intended purposed and to gauge interest among researchers and clinicians. The website’s metrics will be monitored and feedback will be requested from users.
Another goal that eVo is aiming to fulfill is to expand its first database, the eVo healthcare interventions database. Intention is to gradually broaden the healthcare interventions included within the database, which will be done by an experienced medical scholar. Focus will be on the field of pediatrics initially, due to the background of the eVo instigators. Additionally, researchers and clinicians are encouraged to enter research outcomes through the designated Add research form. Outcomes will be verified through the respective medical literature before they are added to the databases, a task that will be again performed by an experienced medical scholar.
The pilot phase of the project is intended to run for one full year, starting end of November 2025.
